At foodthatheal, we sincerely care about your well-being. The founder has 23 years of experience in wellness industry and has been associated with hospitals, fitness clinics, schools and corporate to help people achieve there fitness goals.


We believe in making you a judge of your own body. Focus is to be "diet independent" by guiding you on what foods are good for you. We work on removing your food confusions and do not believe in diet packages. That’s why so many of our clients become reference clients, and we continue to grow and expand year after year through support of patrons.

At FoodThatHeal we will sit with you and evaluate your daily food habits. This assessment helps us to define "nutrition gaps" and also suggest certain foods which were popular with our past generation. We also help define recipes based on the region you stay according to the season impact. Our recommendations are not diet plans but a guide for your wellness to address the common problems like constipation, acidity, migraine etc. hence helping your quality of life

At foodthatheal we have a specialized nutrition program for young adults. Our counsellor has done workshops at The Shriram Schoool & DPS Gurgaon and was also engaged by the Ryan schools to look at kid wellness.

Kids don't need any specific diets. They follow the diet pattern which adults follow. They will adapt to styles and follow what they see there parents and friends follow. Hence we need to be role models and follow quick tips as  below

Fighters Diet

At Foodthatheal, we have been working with patients undergoing cancer treatment. Chemotherapy and radiation leave our body cells deprived of essential nutrients as well as side effects which range from nausea, low Hb etc. Our proven diet program helps patients recover from these side effects as well as be strong for this "fighter" journey on road to wellness
